David Beresford

David Beresford trained for the Anglican priesthood at the College of the Resurrection, Mirfield, West Yorkshire, where he was awarded a First in Theology and Pastoral Studies in 2009. He received a post graduate diploma in Ministry and Mission from the University of Sussex in 2012 and trained as a Spiritual Director for the Diocese of Chichester, England in 2013. He has created and led a number of study courses, including Faith and Poetry, Learning to Pray, God and Us and Art and Faith. He also leads retreats and Quiet Days. He has served in parishes in West Sussex and Bedfordshire, England, including prison chaplaincy, as well as in Pennsylvania and Delaware, USA. He currently lives in Wilmington, Delaware, with his wife Ruth, who is also a priest.
